Yoga behind your desk

In this 30 minute session you will learn poses which you can easily do while sitting behind your desk. These poses will help you release any built up tensions in the fingers, hands, wrists, shoulders and neck. Great for those who sit long hours behind their desks. You have the option to just do a couple of poses or do the whole session during your break. Together with the focus on the breath these poses will help you to become aware of your body and posture. As a result they will give you more energy, prevent building up new tensions in your upper body, and help you to sit correctly. No props are needed, just a chair and table.
