30 minute balance and breathe

Begininning with an alternate nostril breathing exercise, this sequence will bring everything in your body and mind back to a state of balance. 30 minutes of strengthening the body's deep intrinsic muscles and connective tissues with both standing, arm and other floor balancing postures.
