Slow flow, down-tempo Ashtanga yoga - perfect if you are getting back into yoga after a break, or returning from an injury.聽Beginning with modified Surya Namaskara A and B and Standing poses based on the traditional Astanga vinyasa, before moving down to the floor for some seated poses and ending with a short breathing exercise. A peaceful, gentle and grounding practice.
