In the Circus workshop we co-operate to build a family pyramid. The AcroYoga Circus elements are based on tricks that look really impressive, but are not so hard to learn. This is a very playful workshop focus on balance, body tension, and how to carry seemingly large weights using technique instead of mere power.
For this workshop you need a chair or an extra participant.
This is the fourth of a structured series of workshops. I recommend starting with the first workshop in this series, the Super Heroes, as each section gradually builds upon what is learnt in the previous one.
