Grounding and Centering Yoga Practice

A slow mindful flow and multi-layered yoga class that first asks you to become aware of the navel centre, and move from there. The class moves on to make you aware that the breath moves the rib cage, and then finally asks you to become aware of a point outside you looking back at yourself. Includes some Core work, Standing poses like Warrior II, Side Angle pose and Triangle pose, Hip openers and of course a Backbend. Enjoy coming back to your centre!
