Practice gratitude, cultivate happiness

A short but important practice to help you develop compassion and practice gratitude by bringing to mind someone who's dear to you right now; someone who is always there and whom you can count on. In this meditation we take time to say: "Thank you for your help, your love and your friendship." Being grateful for special people in your life will help you to appreciate the little things you might have started taking for granted. When we develop gratitude and are more appreciative we can live a more fulfilled and happier life.
