Peace is just a thought away

When you are caught up in toxic thinking, you are in fact investing in a toxic belief about yourself.
Perhaps you want to get rid of the exhausting thoughts, but that only works if you are willing to let go of the investment in your underlying belief. The belief for example that you are unlovable and therefore need the love of others to feel ok. Are you willing to step into the peaceful, open quality of the present and radically stop feeding your painful belief? This meditation is an invitation to do just that.
