Yin Yang program: Introduction

Will you join us for our newest program? Esther talks briefly about the benefits of exploring the aspects of Yin and Yang in one class. The Yin Yang Yoga program takes three weeks, with three 40 - 90 min classes each week. The classes are all new and led by Esther Ekhart, Jos茅 de Groot, Anat Geiger, Jeff Phenix, Sandra Carson, Francesca Giusti and Irina Verwer. We start July the 6th - Join in!
