This long session focusses on reducing stress and getting back your vitality. You will open up your chest and hips with specific yin poses, meanwhile you connect these two areas with your mind and breath during the whole sequence. While doing certain yin poses you are offered to stimulate certain acupuncture points, which help balancing your monthly cycle and increase your fertility. This session is nice for both men and women who need some down time. Variations of the poses are given, so everyone can benefit from this practice.
