108 Sun Salutations

For the practice of 108 Sun Salutations we have a special treat. We have Roy joining us who plays percussion to accompany us and make it a really cool experience!  We warm up, practice 108 Sun Salutations, and we finish with a cool down and relaxation to incorporate the benefits. Remember your modifications and options to visualize some Sun Salutations. You can also chant Om (Aum) 108 times instead, or do half and half. The invitation is to stay on the mat and with us for the whole duration, but to practice what suits your body.
