True meditation: Awakening to now

We start this series with a short talk about spiritual awakening, and the way in which we sometimes get mesmerised by our goals. Jeff then answers a question about true meditation in which he shares his own experience, his views and tips to support your meditation process. He talks about meditation as an invitation to be curious about our present experience, without trying to change, fix or even 'heal' it. He then discusses the idea of meditation as who we truly are - the wide open space of awareness in which all thoughts, sounds, sensations, urges and impulses come and go like waves in a vast ocean.
