We begin this class with the nose-mouth breathing, bringing ourselves to a relaxed and open state. Before we sit down in meditation, we will do some stretching and shaking to connect to our body, activate the blood circulation and simply enjoy the movements. Afterwards we will let this joyful energy flow freely, expanding and widening. You may want to do the meditation lying down if you feel like it. Make sure you have something handy to lie down on comfortably before we begin the meditation.
