Centering in the belly

We will start with the nose-mouth breathing, relaxing into an open state on our cushion. To center ourselves and activate energy to flow, we will stretch and flex our legs, do Butterfly Pose and rotate the upper body, loosening tension in the lower belly and pelvis. Then we sit still in meditation, letting the energy flow and expand from there, surrendering to whatever arises.
