Quiet backbends

When practicing backbends, we often get a big buzz of energy, a mix of excitement and fear, which can lead to projecting our energy too much outward. In this class we target some simple but very effective backbends, while trying to generate a sense of calmness and tranquility.
Props needed: block, pillow and a blanket.
