With Yin and Meditation. Starting off with focusing on the heart and lower belly (fourth and second chakras) using the breath and your attention to make a connection between the two. Doing a long Yin Yoga practice while focusing on the heart and lower belly, allows you to completely go inwards and to connect with yourself on a deep level. This session is great for those who would like to recover the connection with your heart and lower belly.
