This session can be done by pregnant women in each stage of their pregnancy. It will enhance your blood circulation and free stiffness in the shoulders, back and hips. A great practice to connect with and feel your baby and at the same time taking care of yourself.
You'll need a couple of blankets or cushions, a bolster and blocks.
If you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
