Stabilizing the hips

In all asanas, ensuring that your pelvis is stable and that your alignment is correct is very important to ensure that you move without clenching the hip muscles. The abductor muscles draw the legs out to the side and are meant to stabilise the thighbones. But very often they are weak. In this video, V茅ronique shares a sequence to warm up the hips, strengthen the abductors and stabilise the pelvis and hips.
