Freeing and stimulating stomach and spleen meridian

In this session you will stretch and release tensions in the whole front part of your body including belly, hip flexors and quadriceps (the Stomach pathway). You will also stimulate your lower back and inner thighs (the latter being the Spleen pathway). Great session for runners and for people with digestive troubles.
