Wall vinyasa krama to Cosmic Dancer Pose

In this video we do a wall vinyasa krama stretching, opening and preparing the body for Cosmic Dancer Pose / Natarajasana. We open the shoulders, stretch the upper thigh muscles, open the hamstrings and do backbending, practicing all this at the wall.
