Matsyasana & Ustrasana - enduring freedom

The seventh of a twelve part program about some of the asanas named after domestic and wild animals. The fish and camel both traverse the vast natural habitats of Earth, their journeys are a good reflection of the ups and downs in daily life. Their endurance in solitude grants their freedom. Practice Matsyasana / Fish Pose and Ustrasana / Camel Pose.
