Sometimes in the name of athleticism we create more damage to our body. This class specifically deals with the problems my students who are runners face. That being said non athletes or runners will also get a lot of benefit from these foundational movements of the body and the yoga system while linking it with calming breath. I've designed it for all levels so you can make it easier or more challenging as you like.
