This is a 30 minute yoga practice designed to wake up our sleeping body, for those who want to regain or improve their fitness and stamina. It's a strong class that can be simply modified for all levels or turned up to make it more challenging. I give many options as we are all different people with different bodies. Besides the strength building, breathing is emphasized and both of these together will radically change your day if not your life.
