Bhujangasana & simhasana - warding off demons

The fifth of a twelve part program about some of the asanas named after domestic and wild animals. In this class we practice Cobra / Bhujangasana and Lion Pose / Simhasana. Savagely fierce animals and challenging asanas. Utilising their primordial energy makes them ideal for keeping away or driving out malevolent energies.
