Handstand 4: putting it all together

In this yoga class we will bring all the actions together: neutral spine, strong core, shoulder girdle alignment and adding a bit about the bandhas today. Now it is time to enjoy how your handstand has improved or how your knowledge and these alignment principles will have improved other poses.. Let me know how it has gone for you, I'd love to know!!
