Lower back and hip space

As well as requiring strength in the arms and core, Bakasana (Crow or Crane pose) also demands deep lower back and hip flexion. Practicing this sequence will give you a way to develop space and flexibility in these areas.

This class is part of the Arm Balance Essentials program but can be practiced on its own by anyone looking for release and mobility in the lower back and hips
