Gravity and grace

A nice, calming practice that will link you with the centre of the earth by playing around with the concepts of gravity (moving into the ground) and grace (moving away from or resisting gravity). We will play around with a few balancing poses to experience this. It's a fun way to look and experience balancing poses, especially if you find them challenging and you're always thinking, "when will this be over?". Look at them from another point of view and you might just learn to love them!
