Starting slowly and mindfully and settling the body and mind with Yin yoga. The mind is then strong and focused when we move the body in a stronger yang flow. To relax, we want to be present and intimate with ourself. What is moving, what is still? What is strong, what soft? What changes and what stays the same? Awareness of the here and now as it is, is what brings relaxation.
