Deepening awareness by touch

When you feel somewhat disconnected or out of touch with yourself, this meditation can be helpful to bring you back again, deepening your awareness of what you really feel. By simply placing your hand on an area in your body that feels tense or uneasy, you bring your attention exactly where it is needed, allowing tension to free itself.
