This meditation will help you to develop awareness in the regions where the chakras are located on both the front and back of the body. As we scan the body we explore how those regions feel. Guiding the meditation in a neutral way, George encourages you to get acquainted with how it feels when you bring your attention to those areas. We finish with Prana Mudra, sensing the energy/prana in and around our body. A wonderful practice to balance both body and mind.
