This class will prepare you for a good night's sleep, as a relaxation class, on its own or after another yoga practice. A slow and gentle class with a focus on letting go and connecting to your breath, to come into your body and allow tension to melt away. At the end of class we practice some delicious and easy Pranayama. With Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, windshield wipers, Ujjayi and Pranayama.
You will need a block and a bolster or sturdy blankets.
