Meditation after a stressfull day

A meditation to unwind and let go of tension after a stressful day, shifting from alert, sharp brain activity to a grounded presence. When our brain is very active, our energy is mostly concentrated in the upper part of our body. Slowly inviting energy back into our lower body and not answering to all our brain impulses leaves us centered and at ease.
