Good old backbends

In this class you'll start to warm up towards Urdhva Dhanurasana from a handstand. The class can be taken as it is or you could practice a few Sun Salutations before you begin, especially if you do it first thing in the morning. For the rest, just a good old shoulder and chest opening class working towards different backbends. There are some new variations using the wall, so if you are up for a new experience, try it!
