Yoga for the average man

...and by "average" I mean in body but highly evolved in self!
This class is designed for ‘the average man’ who may be more restricted in movement with tight muscles … but very open to try yoga! Of course, it will work for women as well. It's a very basic sequence and is a wonderful opportunity to see if your husband/boyfriend/brother/uncle/cousin/neighbour/son is ready to try yoga and see if it can open his body through simple movements and breathing. A few Sun Salute variations, some standing poses and a few supine stretches… no more, no less… What has he got to lose?!
Keep a chair or block nearby for the standing poses and a belt for the reclined poses.
