Intermediate Series - Part 3: Twists

The third part of the program we cover twists. We start with a short meditation and pawanmuktasana. Then Parivrtta Gomukhasana and Jathara Parivartanasana. Next are Ardha Matsyendrasana II verions 1 and 2. We close this part with Marichiyasana, Bharatvajrasana I and Shavasana.
