Cradle the pleasant and the unpleasant

This is a mindfulness practice where the breath serves as an anchor for the mind. We can observe thinking, and we can hold pleasant and unpleasant sensations with care, equanimity and balance. Can you bring a quality of interest and ease in the way you aim your attention? Can you cradle those experiences with friendliness, interest and care?
