During this 10 day challenge we really build up strength and fitness, so you don't have to be strong already to start! It's really designed to get you back in shape. This program is built around working up to 5 Sun Salutations A's and 5 Sun Salutations B's and a lot of core strengthening work. In this introduction video I introduce you to Sun Salutation A and B, how to adjust if you need to, so you can comfortably follow the 10 day Yoga challenge and get fit and healthy :-).
