Standing balancings

This energizing class for the legs and hips will deepen your standing poses. We start of with a Pawanmuktasana to expand the consiousness in the feet, legs, hips, and lower back area. Thereafter we familiarize ourselves with some standing balancing poses. The standing balancings will provide you not only with a sense of strength, awareness and energy in the lower body but will also serve as a stepping stone to expand our consciousness to every part of your body - inside and out. This yields to a solid base to build a deep practice.
