Caring for your eyes

A series of exercises for the eyes to maintain and improve eye health. Of course, we need to look after our eyes at any time of life, though when age-related conditions begin to manifest we may find the motivation to spend more time on eye exercises.
You will need a sheet of white paper with a black dot in the middle about 1cm in diameter. The paper is then fixed to the wall or the back of a chair at eye level when you are sitting.
