I recommend you to do this class only if you are comfortable with twists; you will then be able to fully benefit from the breathing technique offered. Applying this breathing technique as you hold your twists will create more space in your physical body, as well as giving you clarity and space in the mind. As you breathe in, focus on the air touching your inner nostrils, and as you breathe out, focus on the air touching your outer nostrils. If you'd like to follow the class but cannot keep up with the breath, don't worry, just breathe normally through your nose. Pay attention to the cues and let me know how you feel after practicing.
