Hatha Yoga Beginners class with basic postures

Hatha Yoga for beginners, part 6. 1 hour beginners class with basic postures form a point of departure for your further Yoga practice.
We start with a short meditation & opening, Pawanmuktasana. Asana: Uttanasana & Vrksasana, Janusirsasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Sarvangasana, Setu Bandhasana, Relaxation in Savanasa and a short meditation to close off the practice.
