Anusara yoga for beginners, Class 1

We will start with an introduction of the Universal Principles of Alignment that form the basis of Anusara Yoga and the first Principle, called “Open to Grace.” A practice in which you will learn to move with the breath and the breakdown of Sun Salutations, or “Surya Namaskar,” with a focus on the soft, expansive qualities that come with the first Principle.
