Happy, lifted chest

A sequence of energising backbends to make you feel happy!聽A "lift me up" practice, intense only in the depth of the shapes, with clear explanations and a nice/new use for your belt to help you to activate the 'posture' muscles on your back. You don't need to repeat all of the backbends, you can just do each one once to begin with, but to make the best out of the fluidity of these shapes, you will have to repeat them a few times ;).
