A meditation to help you to tune into your awareness. Firstly, we become aware of whatever sensations we are experiencing, such as sights, sounds, smells and bodily sensations. Next, we become aware of any emotions that are present, then of the thoughts that are arising. Finally, we allow ourselves to become aware of consciousness or awareness itself. Whatever we are aware of, or whenever we think we've located awareness in a feeling or body part, we sit with the question, “What is aware of even that?” and we bring the attention back to this awareness.
