Short uplifting yoga practice

A short yoga practice that gets right down to business. We start standing, opening our side bodies and moving into some Goddess pose work. We add standing poses including Prasarita Padottananasana, Triangle pose, intense side stretch and Skandasana, before slowly working our way to the floor for some seated poses and Bridge pose. A lot in a short time with a calm delivery. I felt great after the practice, I hope you do too.
