Yogic stretches & hamstrings

Yogic stretches are a great way to explore the lower part and back-side of your body. We start with some asanas to learn about lengthening your hamstrings. We travel through the back-side of the body as stretches and releasing the hamstrings are not confined to the back-side of the legs only. When you familiarized yourself with yogic stretches and opening up your hamstrings, it serves as a gateway to forward bends and poses relating to the hip area.
