The force is strong with this one

This class is all about increasing Prana, or life force. Increasing Prana is not only energising, it also helps to quieten the mind and connect with your heart. You'll be guided through a practice filled with breathing exercises, gentle stretches, a few more intense poses (such as Hanumanasana), and some slow, flowing movements that鈥檒l leave you feeling fresh and clear. A blanket and belt are helpful yet optional here.
