Pilates mini moves: Neck

This short class focuses on one area: the neck. Starting with the front neck muscles -聽 the neck flexors - then the side, and finishing with the rear muscles. This goal is to help build the strength and resilience of this over-protected and often weak body area. If you are prone to migraines or tension headaches, please proceed with caution. The repetitions of each movement are low (5-10), but you may need to do fewer and take the time to feel the effect on your own body.
