Kapalabhati is a powerful Pranayama practice that takes a bit of time to feel comfortable with. To begin with, use less force on the out-breath and focus on a rhythmic and strong inward pull of the belly as you breathe out. When you do Kapalabhati, make sure your stomach is empty and skip the practice if you're on your period. After the Pranayama, keep your eyes closed and observe the effects on your mind and breath.
