Pilates and yoga morning mash-up

Wake up your body and get that energy flowing! In this class, we start with some deep breathing to expand and stretch from the inside out and continue with plank work to challenge the core. The planks are mostly done on the elbows to make the lesson wrist-friendly. There's also some Pilates vs Yoga, noting the difference of some shapes that are common to both practices. Work hard but have fun!
