Yoga for college students

Join Jennilee and her 18 year old niece for a class that releases tension in the upper back, shoulders and chest. Great for the college student who is studying and researching, and for anyone working hard at a desktop computer or on their laptop (on the couch or bed). We focus on creating greater range of motion in the shoulder girdle, strengthening the upper back and shoulder blade region, and stretching through the chest. You'll need a belt and a couple of blocks for this class.
